Sneak veggies into food

In a recent study, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that more than a third of high school students were eating vegetables less than once a day.  They aren’t getting the 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of vegetables each day that they need to build healthy bodies and protect against degenerative diseases.

Get creative with these tips for preparing greens for your teens!
